Given first equation -19x = -4y+12

Add 4y to each side.

-19x+4y = -4y+4y+12

-19x+4y = 12 ------> (1)

Second equation is 4y = -3x+100

Add 3x to each side.

4y+3x = -3x+3x+100

3x+4y = 100 -------> (2)

Convert the equations into matrix form.
