Given two rational numbers -2/3 and -5/6

The mean of two rational numbers will always be rational number and and it will be between them.

[(-2/3)+(-5/6)]/2 = (-2/3-5/6)/2 = -9/12 = -3/4

This is one rational number.

Then we can multiply with same number to numarator and denominator of -3/4 to get other 9 rational numbers.

-6/8,-9/12,-12/16,-15/20,-18/24,-21/28,-24/32,-27/36,-30/40.
