Solve the equations by using Cramer's rule

The equations are 6x + 5y = 13 ---------> (1)

3x - 2y = -16 ------------> (2)

Convert  the equations (1) and (2) into matrices form.

AX = B

Here is coefficient matrix, is variable matrix, B  is constant matrix.
