Given x^4-x^2+3x-7 is a polynomial function.

Polynomial function: a polynomial function is the sum of one or more monomials with real coefficients and non negitive integer exponents.

a polynomial function has the form is f(x) = a n x^n+a n-1 x^n-1+.....+a 2 x^2+a 1 x+a 0

Where a1,a2,....,an are real numbers.n is non negitive integer.
