6-19v+10v^2 = 10v^2-19v+6

= 10v^2-15v-4v+6

= 5v(2v-3)-2(2v-3)

Take common out (2v-3).

= (2v-3)(5v-2)

Factoring of 6-19v+10v^2 is (2v-3)(5v-2).
