how to solve this trinomial 15t^2-79t-34 by using teh ax^2+bx+c.

Given polynomial 15t^2-79t-34

Compare it to quadratic form ax^2+bx+c.

a = 15, b = -79, c = -34.

Roots are x = [-b±√(b^2-4ac)]/2a

t = [79±√(6241+2040)]/30

t = [79±√8281]/30

t = [79±91]/30

t = [170]/30 and t = -12/30

t = 5.66 and t = -0.4

Solution t = 5.66 and -0.4.
