Slope intercept form is y = mx+b

m = 0.25 and b = -1.5.

Substitute the above values.

y = 0.25x-1.5

Required line equation is y = 0.25x-1.5.

Slope - intercept form line equation is y = mx + b where m is slope and b is y-intercept.

Substitutie m = 0.25 and b = -1.5 in line equation.

The slope intercept form line equation is y = 0.25x - 1.5
