Slope m = 1/3 and y - intercept b = - 5.

Slope - intercept  form : y = mx + b.

Substitute the values of m = 1/3 and b = - 5 in y = mx + b.

y = (1/3)x - 5.

when, x = 6 ⇒ y = (1/3)6 - 5 = 2 - 5 = - 3.

Therefore, the value of y = - 3.
