Sum of zero = 2, product of zero = - 3.

Quadratic polynomial = k(x2  - (sum of zeros)x + (product of zeros)) where k is a constant

                                  = k(x2  - 2x -3)

The quadratic polynomial is k(x2  - 2x -3)
