- 7c(- 7c + 5) - 3c.

Apply distributive property : a(b - c) = ab - ac.

= 49c^2 - 35c - 3c

= 49c^2 - 38c.

Therefore,- 7c(- 7c + 5) - 3c = 49c^2 - 38c.
