Given polynomial 63x ^3 - 18x ^2 + 35x - 10

= 9x ^2(7x - 2) + 5(7x - 2)

Take out common factors

= (7x - 2)(9x ^2 + 5)

63x ^3 - 18x ^2 + 35x - 10 = (7x - 2)(9x ^2 + 5).
