The polynomial is 3x ^3 + 2x ^2 + 3x + 2.

Factor by grouping.

x ^2(3x + 2) + 1(3x + 2)

Factor : (3x + 2)(x ^2 + 1).

The complete factor is  (3x + 2)(x ^2 + 1).

Given polynomial is  3 x ^3 + 2 x ^2 + 3 x + 2

= x ^2(3 x + 2) + 1(3 x + 2)

Take  common out (3 x + 2) from above expanssion.

= (3 x + 2) (x ^2  + 1)

Factoring of  63 x ^3 - 18x ^2 + 35x - 10 = (3 x + 2) (x ^2  + 1).
