use the Gauss-Jordan elimination to solve the following system of equations.

Given equations x + y + z  = 2 ---> (1)

2x - 3y + z  = -11 ---> (2)

- x + 2y - z  = 8 ---> (3)

Write the equations into matrix form AX = D .

is coefficient matrix , is variable matrix and is Constant matrix.
