The equations are

5^(x-4) =625         ----- (1)

5^(x-4) =5^4

Use formula a^m=a^n---> m=n

x-4=4

x=8

2^(2y-2) =2^8       ----- (2)

2y-2=8

2y=10

y=5

Calculate the value of 2x-y:

2(8)-5 =16-5=11

Karan answer is correct
