The Wavelength of the Strontium Chloride = 6.71 * 10^-7 m

The Frequecy f = c / λ

Where C is the Velocity of Light = 3 * 10^8 m/s,

f = (3 * 10^8) / (6.71 * 10^-7)

f = 4.47 * 10^14 Hz.

f = 447.09 THz.

Therefore the Frequency of the Photon is 447.09 THz.
