The general slope -intercept form of line equation is y = mx +c,where m = slope and c = y - intercept

The given equation is -11x + 9y = -12

Add 11x to each side

-11x +9y +11x = -12 +11x

9y = -12 +11x

Divide each side by 9

y = -12/9 + 11/9x

The above equation is slope - intercept form

Therefore slope m is 11/9 and y - intercept is -12/9.
