Given, f(x) =5/sqrt(x+8)

Domain is all x-values such that f(x) is defined.

Square root of a negative number is not defined and the denominator should not be zero.

Hence,

x+8 > 0

x + 8  >  0

x  >  -8

Domain : ( -8, infinity )

Answer :

Domain : ( -8, infinity ).
