Standerd form to linear equation is ax+by = c.

y = -5/3x+4

Add 5/3x to each side.

y+5/3x = -5/3x+5/3x+4

y+5/3x = 4

5/3x+y = 4

a = 5/3,b = 1, c = 4

Standerd form is 5/3x+y  = 4
