Slope intercept form is y = mx+b

Here m is slope and b is y intercept.

Given equation is-4x+2y = 12

Add 4x to each side.

-4x+4x+2y = 12+4x

2y = 12+4x

Divide by 2 to each side.

2y/2 = (12+4x)/2

y = 6+2x

y = 2x+6

slope = 2 and y intercept is 6.
