Solve this problem using trig identities.

Recall the trigonometric identities 

secx = 1/cosx, tanx = sinx/cosx , cscx = 1/sinx

1+secx/tanx+sinx

= (1+1/cosx)/(sinx/cosx)+sinx

= ((cosx+1)/cosx)/((sinx+sinxcosx)/cosx)

= (cosx+1)/sinx(1+cosx)

= 1/sinx

= cscx
