Standerd form of a circle is (x-h)^2+(y-k)^2 = r^2

Given (h,k) = (-1,0)

r = 7

Substitute the values in standard form.

(x-(-1))^2+(y-0)^2 = 7^2

(x+1)^2+(y-0)^2 = 49
