Given Standard form of a circle is 64.

Compare it to Standard form of a circle ( x - h ) ^2 + ( y - k ) ^2 = r ^2.

h = 0 , k = 0 , r ^2 = 64.

Centre of a circle  = ( h , k )  = ( 0 , 0 ).

Radius ( r )  = √64 = 8 units.

Solution : Centre of a circle  =  ( 0 , 0 ) and  radius =  8 units.
