A = 50cm^2

Height of triangle say = x

Then base(b) would be  = 4x

Area of triangle = 1/2*b*h

50 = 1/2*x*4x

50 = 2x^2

Divide to each side by 2.

25 = x^2

Apply squre root on each side.

x = 5

Height of triangle = 5cm.

Width of triangle = 20cm.
