The height (h ) of the triangle is 4 feet and its area (A ) is 32 square feet.

Let x be the base of triangle.

Substitute the values of h = 4 and A = 32 in the triangle area formula : A = 1/2 * base * height.

32 = 1/2 * x * 4.

32 = 2x

16 = x.

The base of the triangle is 16 feet.
