Let base is x.

Height, h = 4x+4

A = bh

    = x(4x+4)

x(4x+4) = 84

x(x+1) = 21

x^2+x-21 =0

Solve the equation.

x = 4.11 ft

h =(4*4.11+4)=20.44 ft
