Divedent is 28x^2- 3x + 2

Divisor is 4x + 3.

4x + 3 )28x^2- 3x + 2  (7x - 6

             28x^2+21x

                       -24x + 2   

                       - 24 x - 18

                       (+)     (+)   

                       ___________

                                   20   

Quotient is 7x - 6 and remainder is 20.
