Distance and velocity

A powerboat crosses a wide stream and compass heading 25 degrees and speed relative to the water is 15mph. The river is flowing in the direction of 135 degrees at 3.9 mph. What is the boats velocity, that is the speed and direction relative to the ground? At what compass heading is the boat actually moving?
