Equations are 2x+5y = 1 -> (1) and 3x - 2y = 30 -> (2)

(2) => 3x - 2y = 30

          3x = 30+2y

           x = (30+2y) / 3  -> (3)

Substitute (3) in (1) we get,

2x+5y = 1

2((30+2y) / 3) +5y = 1

(60+4y) / 3  + 5y = 1

(60+4y + 15y) / 3 = 1

60+4y + 15y = 3

60+19y = 3

19y = 3 - 60

19y = - 57

y = -57 / 19

y = -3

Substitute y value in (3) we get,

x = (30+2y) / 3

x = ( 30+2(-3) ) / 3

x = (30-6) / 3

x = 24 / 3

x = 8

Therefore x = 8 and y = -3.
