(x/x+4)/[(1/x)+(1/(x+4))]

First take denominator part

(1/x)+(1/(x+4)) =

LCM of x and x+4 is x(x+4)

(1/x)+(1/(x+4)) =(x+4+x)/(x(x+4))

                          =(2x+4)/(x(x+4))
