The function f(x) = 3 sinx + 11 cosx

Apply derivative on each side with respect to x.

Recall the formulae d/dx(sinx) = cosx

d/dx(cosx) = - sinx

f'(x) = 3 cosx - 11 sinx

f'(1) = 3 cos(1) - 11 sin(1)

(By using calculator)

= 2.807 in degrees or - 7.635 radians.
