The composite fuction is f(x) = 5/(x+4) and g(x) = -1/(7-x)

h(x) = (fog)(-3)

Then (fog)(x) = f(-1/(7-x))

(fog)(-3) = f (-1/7+3) = f(-1/10)

f(x) = 5/(x+4) = 5/-1/10+4

= 5/(39/10)

= 50/39

Therefore the composite fuction h(x) is 50/39.
