Given lines are y = -4 and y = 1/4

Slope intercept form of the line is y = mx+c

Slope of the y = -4 line is zero.

Slope of the y = 1/4 line is zero.

Given lines are two horizontal lines.

They have equal slope.

y = -4 and y = 1/4 are parallel lines.
