Circle equation is (x-h)^2+(y-k)^2 = r^2

Here (x,y) = (0,1)

(h,k) = (-3,5)

Substitute the values in above equation.

(0+3)^2+(1-5)^2 = r^2

9+16 = r^2

25 = r^2

5*5 = r*r

r = 5

Diameter = 2r

d = 2*5

d = 10

Diameter length of given circle is 10.
