Given line equation is 9y-7 = 3x

Add 7 to each side.

9y = 3x+7

Divide to each side by 9.

y = (1/3)x+7/9

y = (1/3)x+0.77

y - intercept is 0.77.

Slope - intercept form line equation is y = mx + b, where m is slope and b is y - intercept.

The equation is 9y - 7 = 3x.

Write the equation in slope - intercept form.

9y = 3x + 7

y = (3/9)x + (7/9).

Compare the equation with slope - intercept form : y = mx + b.

Slope = 3/9 and y - intercept = 7/9.

Therefore, y - intercept of the graph of 9y - 7 = 3x is 7/9.
