Rectangle area(A) = l*b

A = (10x^2+21x+9)cm^2, l = 5x+3

10x^2+21x+9 = (5x+3)b

Divide to each side by 5x+3.

b = (10x^2+21x+9)/(5x+3)

5x+3) 10x^2+21x+9 (2x+3

          10x^2+6x
