2. 2x+7y=14 for y
3. M/x(fraction)=k-6 for m

(1)

v=1/3Ah

Now multiply each side by 3Ah .

v*3Ah = [1/3Ah] 3Ah

3Avh = 1

(3Av)h = 1

Divide each side by 3av .

h = 1 / (3Av)

The expression for h is h =  1 / (3Av) .

2x+7y=14

Subtract 2x from each side .

7y = 14 - 2x

Divide each side by 7 .

y = (14 - 2x) / 7

y = 2 - 2/7 x

The expression of y is  y = 2 - 2/7 x .

M / x=k-6

Multiply each side by x .

(M / x)x = (k - 6)*x .

M = (k-6)x

The expression for M is M = (k-6)x .

R= c-s/t

Add s/t to each side .

R + s/t = c-s/t + s/t

Cancel the common terms .

R + s/t = c

The expression for c is c = R + s/t .
